The miracle of appreciation:-
Sometimes appreciation works like a miracle. I cannot forget that incident when I was teaching in the class and one of the students was not listening to the class with enough concentration, but when I patted the student on the back, it gave him enough motivation. He immediately gave me the answer. I think that miracle happened due to the appreciation and suddenly I saw the growth in the learning curve of that student. That was very magical and he kept on growing faster in learning due to the appreciation. Now he always raises his hands up to give the answers. That we call the miracle of appreciation and I think every student needs that appreciation!!!
